875k is a pretty big file. Is it something you can just use Microsoft paint and "save as" a smaller jpeg ? Or some file compression software ? I have brought this up before http://www.xat.com/jpegopt/index.html you can keep the same size, just compress the picture.

Thanks for the advice, Daren. I'm working on solving the problem. I tried Microsoft paint, but that didn't work. I think it might have something to do with my camera settings.
