no way to get a hold of you

I forgot my password about a months ago for this site. I tried contacting the moderator of this site but when I get to the part that says, "Human Verification In order to verify that you are a human and not a spam bot, please enter the answer into the following box below based on the instructions contained in the graphic."

" There is no graphic to verify." Am I doing something wrong?...................I have since found my password thats how I'm posting this. If I didn't find my password, I don't see any way to contact you.

My question is, how can you contact moderators of the site if you can't prove your not a spam bot?

At the bottom of any page, there is a button to "contact us". That gives you an E-mail address.

Can you send me a PM with your old username and your email?

He solved the password problem himself. He is just wanting a way to contact you if he looses the password again.

Exactually. If I have no way to get into the site because of a lost password, what do I or anyone do?

Just for the heck of it, don't sign in to the site, then try to contact someone for help.

Probably the easiest solution is look at the bottom of any page. There is a link "Contact Us"

That is exactually where I went, but it asks you for a Human Verification and there is nothing to verify that I can see. Don't sign in once, and try to "Contact Us" and see if it works for you.

OK, I tested the system and it seem to work. It's like sending an email so I will have to wait for an answer.

You need to combine this dual post/thread or lock one out.

See my post on the other dual Thread about this.

T Tim....Your right. I started the other one then I was told to move it to help and suggestions area. I did but people keep posting in the other area. Not sure how to stop it now.

Hey there

Are you seeing anything under the Human Verification section, or just the text? There should be a red box that plays a little video and you can enter the answer in the box on it.

If you aren't seeing that at all, are you running any addons/plugins on your browser? Other communities have mentioned that certain adblocks will not allow our human verification to show.

Can you tell me which operating system you are using? (Windows 10 etc.)

The reason I am asking is I tried to replicate this using Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, and Firefox and in all cases the image appears.

In the meantime, if anyone needs to reach out to us, and for some reason they are unable to login or use the contact us form, you can also reach out to us on our Facebook page.

What is the "Contact Us" link for then? I tried it and never got an answer.

When did you try it? There is a bit of a delay there, as it's typically meant for non-members to contact the site admin and can get backlogged.

It was early in the morning Oct 28. I logged out first and tried the link. I was trying to get an understanding on the problems tewitt1949 was having.

Do you happen to run Ghostery, or Kaspersky, or similar? Some anti-virus programs also include ad blocks or script blocks, which would affect all of your browsers like this.

On your browser then, are you running an ad-blocks and or extensions that might affect the script of the site?
