Default How to delete

Is there a way to delete a classified ad that is no longer available???
Since I no longer have the item, I see no reason to have it listed anymore. I can't see any reason to have it on here and have people looking at it when it is long gone.

Just wondering if I can delete it, or of someone else has to. No sense in taking up space for no reason.
But then again, that's what I'm doing.

Hey Daren, how's it goin?

I have a for sale ad in the classifieds I see no reason to be there anymore. The ad is selling a craftsman mitersaw. I no longer have this item. Please don't delete my other ad I have posted as I still have that one for sale.

Personally, I think folks should update and let everyone know when an item/s are no longer available. That way the powers that be can then delete them and we won't have to wade through them.

Thanks Daren, I appreciate it.

I hate to bootleg this thread, but I cannot seem to start a new thread on this board. That is one problem.

I seem to have lost any capability to edit any of my posts.

The third problem is that there are no errors on the main page to take me to the last posters post.

Is this because of some obscure setting I have made on my computer or is there a site problem?

This just started this morning. I have shut down my computer and restarted just to eliminate that as a problem.

I am logged in. At least at the top right it says "Welcome GeorgeC."

Now this morning I can see pictures on only ONE THREAD. That is crazy. How come I can see a picture on one thread and not on any others. This all started yesterday right after I was trying to post a picture on a thread and then wanting to delete that picture and replace it with another. I then wound up with two posts and could not figure out how to delete one of them.

I believe I have answered my own question.

I decided to try opening this site in AOL instead of Firefox. In AOL all works as normal. So somehow the problem lies in my Firefox settings. ..
