Baby Cribs and bassonettes and cradles?

What are all you guys and gals doing out there? When you're not in your shop, and not online making tasteful commentary and sharing with all our other members?

Why all of a sudden is there such a proliferation of baby-making needs? And who's doing all this baby-making?

I think I'm going to blame Jeremy...he started it (the big show-off) with his child's exquisite example of craftsmenship. He is, after all, a fireman, you know....so of course, baby-making is probably one of his second jobs, right after woodworking and lawn mowing and two or three other Union trades.

So...the question is....why all the baby-making?

hmmm....

Well smitty I would guess that they are all getting caught up on all their honey dues around the house and making mama real happy. And you know when mama's happy, everyone's happy.:icon_chees ygrin:

Smitty, if you do not know what all there is good about baby making, then there is probably little that I can do to enlighten you.

Me? Hold on now brother Smitty, I can't be the one to blame for all of the love in the world . Now maybe a few years ago when I was a wild man with a Firefighter uniform I could be blamed, but now I fall into the married and do what pleases my beautiful wife catagory. So now if I have time after working at the Fire Dept, doing Home Inspections, general Handyman work, Painting houses with my Dad, Building custom wood projects for customers, and completing my hunny Do's, I practice the art of baby making. By the way, thanks for the compliments on my work Smitty. Those types of words inspire me to try harder projects and challenge myself.

I'm with ya on this smitty, I am at least a few years away from having to make any cradles, bassonettes or baby cribs.

The days of making baby stuff are long gone for me but I still practice as often as I can, or am allowed.

LOML and I have been working on that particular project for a while now. No luck with it, but we keep trying. And why do you make something? Because you want it or want to give it to someone right? LOML and I want a family, and at our age we don't have many more years where that is an option for us...

Anyway, when your shop partner in baby production has good skills in that area, it can be a lot of fun...

See, deep down, I knew....we aren't all just a bunch of wood-geeks with impressive tools.
