I would never try painting my house with the tail of a live fish with it's fins hooked to a car battery.

He had his tandem jump and loved it. Wants to go back for another one and then maybe start taking solo lessons. The only thing he said he had 2nd thoughts about was when he had to step out and hold onto the wing brace, but by then it was a little late. The jump place doesn't have night jumps that I know of though. Might have opened up a can of worms, but he was going to do it anyway. Kind of glad that he isn't afraid to do things like this. That is until he hurts himself.

I have jumped out of airplanes, never bothered me, as a matter of fact there is NO FEELING LIKE IT.

That said I would never bungy jump, concrete looks a bit to hard at that short distance.

I will never try a motorcycle. Tin can cars that weigh 1200 pounds, sure, but not motorcycles. Low speed collisions are much more dangerous on a bike than in a car (even a tin can of a car)

Too bad. Bikes are such a nice idea. They're cheap, small, and efficient.

As a B52 crew chief, I've had occasion to jump out of and off of many airplanes. All were on the ground, however.

Now, at 68 years of age, I don't jump from anything higher than the edge of the sidewalk.

I would not, ever, test a SawStop with my finger going into the teeth of the blade. (The one that was on Discovery Chanel recently was touching the side of the blade.)

I would jump off that 200 foot cliff again under the right conditions. There was loose sand, at an about 75° angle, piled up against the cliff for the last 50 feet or so. (The contractor has pushed the sand off the top of the cliff.) WOW! Free fall for 150 feet and then hit the sand, sliding to a gradual stop about 20 feet above the bottom. Then, quick, climb up to the top of the cliff so we could do it again. The San Diego Sheriffs department took a rather dim view of the whole thing.
