This would be an oven rack push/pull tool. I make them out of oak with a duck head for the handle. My wife uses the one that I made her constantly. Fantastic gadget to prevent burning yourself while trying to baste the Christmas turkey.

Looks sort of over done but in this neck of the woods, they call 'em an oven rack push/pull. Ours are not as fancy as that there thing.

People actually make money off of these? We just use a ruler or paint stick with a notch on the end and another 3 inches up from the end. Silly people?!

I think my wife had one of those in her hair yesterday.

Or it's a wedgie puller/picker (plays both offense and defense).

I have 2 guesses. the first being made from a sawdust inpreginated plastic. the second being a man made stone product like what some countertop's are made of. It is hard to tell from the picture, but that's my 2 guesses.

You guessed it. Now we know what to do with those sink cutouts, and backsplash scraps. These are great gifts or flea market items.
