I don't think I ever mentioned it here, but we have been having a difficult time for quite a while. Last fall my wife April began chemo treatments, then an operation, and finally just completed seven weeks of radiation treatments.

Now were at a point of wait and see what happens.

About a week ago my Dad was diagnosed with lung cancer.( He quit smoking about 20 years ago)

Heres a couple of old pictures of my dad and uncle Roy. These were taken by a magazine photographer some time in the 1940's.
Taken at Sulpher Oklahoma.

My Dad is the boy on the right in the first picture.

Ron - sorry for your wife's problems, been there and done that with my wife. Just keep the hope up as they have came an extremely long way with cancer treatment. Also sorry about your dad, that dang smoking will get you some how some where. I had to laugh at the photo - those boys had some of the best fishing poles ever made, and I see your dad is caring a very dangerous weapon around his neck - guess that is to take care of those monster fish they are attempting to catch.
