Default Home made hot-pockets

Started out with some pizza dough(box type)

Divided it up into small pieces

First the sauce

Then the sausage and pepperoni

Two kinds of sharp cheddar cheese

Fold it over

Put em on a buttered cookie sheet, give em an eggwash to make em shiney.

Fresh out of the oven

The finished product

Ran out of pizza dough, found a can of biscuits in the fridge and made some more

fresh out of the oven

On a cold and windy news years day, that looks like a good recipe for the wife and I. I don't think either one of us is stepping foot outside today, just hang around and eat.

jp, if you post anymore pictures of food without first posting the warning: "Caution! Eat before Opening This Thread!" you are going to be banned.
