Default walnut/spalted maple coat tree

no finish yet .. too cold here in Mich. plus I want to let the branch dry/age more. I'll put the finish on next spring.

I made it from a branch of the walnut tree I harvested this spring. Base and coat hooks are spalted maple.
I raided my fire wood pile for the spalted maple When finished it's going to match the coffee table I made
and the walnut stainning should make it interesting.
I've had it fully loaded with winter coats and it didn't tip over
As some of you know, I'm into rustic furniture and I welcome any comments ... good or bad. Thanks

That is pretty cool. I think it will look fantastic with a finish.

That's great. I love the bend in the stem. Can't wait to see it with finish.
