Default Newly completed crib project with pics

I just finished the crib for our daughter who will be joining us in December. I used some plans from Rockler with a few modifications. It is made of oak with Minwax golden oak stain and a satin finish. We are using some furniture we already had so I wanted the crib to match. Feel free to comment or send any questions my way.

Hub,
Very nice job. Should be a happy camper sleepin' in that. Although the mattress looks a little springy. You might want to keep an eye out for one of those plastic slip on protectors for the top rail. When them little buggers get teeth, they like to chew on stuff. Good luck,

Wow, nice job. I built my kids a crib once but the cardboard and duct tape eventually wore out. (just kidding)
Keep up the great work and good luck to you with your new addition.
