Default Rockwell 14" 28-380 pulley size?

I recently bought a Rockwell 14" metal-wood cutting band saw model# 28-380. I need to locate several part sizes as the manual that I purchased from Ozark woodworker lists the part# but not the sizes. when I searched the Rockwell/Delta website for parts all of the part#s I was looking for were discontinued and also have no sizes. I am hoping to find someone who has a similar machine that could inform me of the sizes of the:

*2-v belts that go on the cone pulley's
*the size of the pulley that drives the lower wheel part#LBS-296-S
*the band saw blade length ( the manual shows 2 diferent sizes)

any help would be appreciated.
