Default Hitachi 2" brad nailer - Is this an old or new version?

I purchased a Hitachi 18ga 2" brad nailer from the site below. I purchased the New one, not the reconditioned one. It arrived today and while it does look new it's not the green and black that the picture shows. It looks identical otherwise except that the grip is black, the insert along the body is black and the label on the nail area is black. The rest is silver. It basically has the same silver/black look as the other nailers on their site but the actual shape/design otherwise matches the green/black nailer.

So I'm curious if this is an older generation of the NT50AE2? Or could it be a newer one? Or do they just make both green/black and silver/black versions that are otherwise identical?
