Default Dewalt bandsaw

I have just aquired my Grandfathers bandsaw from my uncle. My GF passed away in 1974 but I have many childhood memories of helping him build cabinets, furniture etc.
From him, I got my love of woodworking. Anyway, the saw is an OLD Dewalt 20" with "Machine number 167". Does anyone have any info on this saw? Any info would be appreciated. Or how to get info.Thanx...

The archives at owwm.com have some info on that saw, but not much. At least they have info on a 20" DeWalt Band Saw. THe tags on it say DeWalt, American Machine and Foundry (AMF), and Monarch...
