Delta Contractor Saw at Lowe's 4 Cheap!

I was in one of the local Lowe's today and noticed a Delta 36-979 table saw (this one- http://www.amazon.com/DELTA-36-979-Left-Tilt-2-Horsepower-Contractor/dp/B000H0RNL2) on the floor back by kitchen cabinets with some other clearance items. It was still in the box and marked down from $600 to $250! This is the model without a fence.

I thought these were all gone about a year ago. Maybe this particular Lowe's (Neshaminy Mall/Bensalem, PA) had lost it in the stock room or something.

Bill

That's a pretty nice deal. You can add the Delta T2 fence from Tools-Plus for ~ $156 shipped. $400 for a full size cast iron Delta contractor saw with belt drive induction motor, a good fence, cast iron wings, and built in mobile base. Other places get $650-$700 for the same setup.
