Default Is This A Decent Drill Press??

Hello all,

Is this a decent drill press for a starter drill press? I have very little space and need a benchtop unit. I was going to offer $75 and see where it goes.

Thanks.

$75.00 is decent. A new one with a laser is $200.00. If push comes to shove, $100.00 would be doable, just not a great deal.

Hey Gene,

Thank you. I appreciate your input. I just need something for real basic drilling. I think $85 is the highest I'll go. He is considering my offer of $75....we'lll see.........thanks again

I think my drill press is just like this one. Its is fine for light drilling, but I wish it was one that stood on the floor. Changing the belt to change the speeds is a pain, and it took me a while on mine. $75 is a pretty good deal though.
