Default craiglist table saw

I found this table saw on craigslist http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/tls/1131073479.html , I was thinking of making a bid on the drill press and table saw, if I can arrange delivery and safety issues such as the wife's blessing. Can you please let me know what you think a fair price is and anything else since this would be my first table saw.

Without hesitation (immediately actually!), I'd offer his asking price on the PM66. That won't last long.

I would find out whether it was single or three phase, other than that its not a bad deal on the saw, if everything works. The short fence bothers me a bit but hey its just a fence.

Now a 40' Rockwell Lathe for $400, now that's impressive. Think of the pillars you could turn with that thing. I think its the same lathe used to turn this............

Thanks for the advice, I emailed and asked about whether it is single or three phase. It just posted today so hopefully I can arrange the delivery.
