Default Couple of Dust collectors on sale /opinions

So, I keep looking and like the oneida's among a couple of other brands.. but I was on there drooling and came accross a couple of sales, which I think are pretty good..

http://store.oneida-air.com/v-3000re...erpackage.aspx
(one I really want)
http://store.oneida-air.com/15hpmini-gorilla.aspx

I have a table saw/mitre saw, etc.. Not a full shop yet in the form of jointer and bandsaw.. It's a 2 car garage that I try to keep so I can move things and get cars in when I need to work on.. (well one car at a time in the center)

I guess it's the age old question.. How many cfm are really needed? I have read stuff on bill pentz website, etc.. but I guess it's really a budget type question.. I have no doubt I am going with a cyclone.. but like that small 1.5hp mini only pulls 600cfm.. I just wonder if I would be unhappy with something like that and had wished I had the v3000 pulling in like 1285 cfm(roundabouts).. I know cyclone and low micron are my requirements..

btw I'm not meaning to be a dead horse.. Plust wanted to show you guys the sales if anyone was interested..

Thanks

Brad
