that looks like the same jet proshop saw that I have, if it is a hybrid instead of the contractors model then it is. I really like mine, it has decent power, and runs really smooth, and cuts walnut like butter with a wwII blade on it. The only downside to mine is it is a hybrid and the trunion is mounted to the table instead of the cabinet, but I set mine up when I got it in about an hour and after 1 move from Kansas to Kentucky and one move across town here in L-Ville it is still dead on. I think it a great quality machine and for that price it is a good deal, especially with the fence it has on it, which the Jet saws do not come with.

Looks like the basic Jet contractor saw (IIRC, JWTS-10JF) with a Biesemeyer fence added on (great fence IMHO). It might be a Jet Workshop but it's not the Pro Shop. Question...does it have a belt driven outboard motor hanging off the back, or is the motor housed inside the enclosure?

The steel wings aren't as desirable as cast iron, but they'll work, and are easily replaced by any 27" cast iron wings if you wanted to. $425 isn't screaming deal, but it's fair if it's in good shape and runs well. Anything else included? $350-$375 would be nice.

JWTS-10JF (outboard belt drive motor w/connecting rods as an arbor carraige):

Proshop (inboard belt drive motor w/one piece cast arbor carriage):

Workshop (inboard belt drive motor w/one piece cast arbor carriage):

If it weighs ~ 350 lbs. and has a 4" dust port it's from the ProShop line. If it weighs closer to 200 lbs. it's the contractor version. The Pro is also a lot taller, has a 1.75HP motor compared to the 1.5 HP of the contarctor.

Re: the hybrid, Jet's hybrid is fully enclosed and looks like a cabinet saw, which they don't call by that name; they call their two lines of cabinet grade saws "Xacta" and "Deluxe Xacta".
