Default 8" Blade for cutting 1" thick plastic (cast PMMA) sheet?

Anyone here have any experience cutting thick plastic sheet (PMMA / poly-methyl-methacylate)? A customer has a big, expensive sheet from 3-form (company name) that we need to find the correct blade for.

Multiple requests from the company seem to have been ignored, and even with registration, their website is a bust.

Research has steered me towards a triple-chip blade, and before we dump ~100$ into the wrong blade (which needs to be 8"), I was hoping someone here had an idea!

Thanks!
